I follow an agile UX design process that flows through Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Test stages. To start, I conduct stakeholder interviews to gain a clear understanding of client needs. Then, I plan research methods—typically using screener surveys, user interviews, usability testing, and secondary research such as competitive analysis—to create a well-rounded foundation for the project. With research insights in hand, I move to ideation, using techniques like card sorting, tree testing, and journey mapping to solidify ideas. I then develop an initial low-fidelity prototype and conduct usability testing and follow-up interviews to gather feedback. Success metrics—aligned with project goals—often include satisfaction rates, task completion times, success rates, retention, abandonment, perceived ease of use, and feature engagement. Based on these insights, I proceed to a high-fidelity prototype and implement a branding strategy, ultimately delivering the final product along with recommendations for future development.
